About Us
A ATimeless Flavor, Legendary Vegas Vibes.
Since 1972, the Peppermill Restaurant and Fireside Lounge has been lighting up the Las Vegas Strip with larger-than-life portions, dreamy retro decor, and a side of pure Old Vegas charm. Born just one year after the original Peppermill opened in Reno, this spot quickly became a must-visit destination for both locals and neon-loving visitors.
Step inside a time capsule of classic Las Vegas, complete with Tiffany-style flamingo lamps, plush royal blue booths, mirrored walls, and an iconic fire pit. With a menu still stacked with hearty, nostalgic dishes, the Peppermill is the real deal. This is vintage Vegas, fully alive and kicking.
An America’s Classic
In 2024, Peppermill Las Vegas was proudly named a James Beard America’s Classics Award winner, joining an elite group of just over 100 restaurants nationwide. This prestigious honor is reserved for locally owned institutions with timeless appeal and food that reflects the heart and soul of their community. It’s a big deal, and we’re proud to bring a piece of Las Vegas history to the James Beard stage.
Hollywood Loves It Here
Our Fireside Lounge isn’t just where you sip a 64-ounce Scorpion cocktail (although that’s a rite of passage). It’s also where Casino filmed its famous flame-lit scenes with De Niro and Sharon Stone. Add in cameos from Showgirls, The Cotton Club, CSI Las Vegas, The Holly Madison Show, and even Giada at Home, and you’ve got a venue with serious screen cred.
And yes, we’ve played host to a Who’s Who of stars like Elvis, Dean Martin, Santana, Anthony Bourdain, Seinfeld, and Adam Lambert, Penn Jillette (who even installed his own Peppermill-style booth at home), and many more. But here’s the thing: everyone gets VIP treatment when they walk through our glowing doors.
Real Food. Big Portions. No Apologies.
We don’t do trends, we do tradition. Many of our original dishes are still on the menu, like our legendary French Toast Ambrosia, Fresh Fruit Salad, and the famous Peppermill Burger. Craving a cocktail? Our Bloody Mary is still made from scratch, just the way it’s always been.
